VTRS00490 is a kind of high quality silicone rubber keypad switch we customized for an Automotive customer. There is display window at the keypad center and a piece of 0.5mm optical PC Lens inlayed here. This PC lens is antiscratch and also meet UL 94 V-0. For the optical PC lens assembly, there are two main methods normaly. One is full lamination by OCA adhesive and one is frame lamination by common adhesive. In this rubber keypad switch, it used frame lamination technology.
