Co-designed by the brand and module manufacturer, then produced by the module manufacturer.

Standardized User Interface Modules

Directly purchasing standardized user interface modules developed and manufactured by industry-specific module manufacturers. This model is typically used for products with low cost control, low differentiation requirements, and a need for rapid market entry.

Composition of Smart Home Appliance User Interface Modules

  Structure: Typically consists of a touch panel, bracket, functional control PCBA board, backlight           module, display (optional), and connecting cables.
  Touch Panel Material: A wide range of materials can be selected according to customer                     preferences, including PET, PC, glass, acrylic, metal, brushed finish panels, etc. Thickness varies from 0.15mm to 6mm. Different thicknesses and materials of panels require different touch IC selections.
  Functional Control Software: Luphi Electronics develops the PCBA hardware and functional control software according to the customer’s required functionalities.
  Display: User interface modules for home appliances may or may not include an LCD display. Simple displays can be achieved with LED segments, while more advanced displays may use TFT color screens or even AMOLED displays. Luphi Electronics can recommend and design appropriate display solutions based on customer’s display requirements and budget.
