In addition, we Established 100-class anti-static precision electronics assemblies clean room, introduced OCA lamination and defoaming machines and certified by ISO9001, ISO13485.

LuphiTouch has a state-of-the-art facility for our R&D and interface products manufacturing. Our factory covers 48500 square feet. All of our production shops are 10000 class clean room and we also two 1000 class anti-static clean room for precision electronics and optical projects assembly.

Luphi Electronics has also made significant investments in establishing an in-house reliability laboratory. Our reliability tests cover a wide range of assessments, including high and low temperature testing, key life testing, key force tactile testing, 2D full-size measurement, insulation function testing, salt spray testing, vibration testing, and fatigue resistance testing for electronic circuits. All operators undergo regular training in various quality management and inspection techniques, ensuring that quality control awareness is deeply ingrained.
