Also, Certified by ISO14001 and OHSAS18001; membrane switches.
Also, PCBA factory introduced the 3rd SMT production line. Membrane switch factories sucessed in developing the capacitive touch and sliding membrane switches; PCBA factory’s sales turnover broke 4million US dollars and membrane switch factory turnover broke 3million US dollars.
In addition, we Established 100-class anti-static precision electronics assemblies clean room, introduced OCA lamination and defoaming machines and certified by ISO9001, ISO13485.
We also established new high grade membrane switches factory–Dongguan LuPhi Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. (2000SQM).
Established PCBA factory (1500 SQM) in Daning of Humen Town.

who can cooperate with our end customers to develop the capacitive interface switch modules and other interface electronic products.

Since our predecessor of VIT established in 2008, we have 15 years experiences already in the user Interface keypads and interface electronic subassemblies industry. Our main customers are from Europe and USA. We can provide good cooperation and actively communication with our customers.
State-Of-The-Art Facility
LuphiTouch has a state-of-the-art facility for our R&D and interface products manufacturing. Our factory covers 48500 square feet. All of our production shops are 10000 class clean room and we also two 1000 class anti-static clean room for precision electronics and optical projects assembly.

LuphiTouch certified by ISO9001, ISO13485, ISO14001 and ISO45001. We are the first membrane switch company in China certified by ISO13485 medical quality system. We make 100% of appearance checking and electrical function testing before goods outgoing.

LuphiTouch can develop the user Interface modules for household appliances, medical, consumer electronics, healthcare and beauty industries. Such kind of user Interface modules with function control program and connector which can be directly installed to be a completed assembly.

Our production workshops are all ISO Class 100,000 clean rooms, while our precision electronics assembly workshop and optoelectronics inspection room are ISO Class 1,000 clean rooms. Advanced production equipment, a clean production environment, skilled technicians, and deeply ingrained quality control concepts ensure the superior quality of Luphi Electronics products.

From the very beginning of the design process, we incorporate quality control awareness to ensure that the structural and functional designs of our products meet the highest quality standards. We then implement stringent controls at every stage—from mold design and manufacturing, selection and procurement of raw materials and components, to process management during production, and finally to the inspection of finished products—to ensure that the products delivered to our customers meet or even exceed their expectations.
Luphi Electronics has also made significant investments in establishing an in-house reliability laboratory. Our reliability tests cover a wide range of assessments, including high and low temperature testing, key life testing, key force tactile testing, 2D full-size measurement, insulation function testing, salt spray testing, vibration testing, and fatigue resistance testing for electronic circuits. All operators undergo regular training in various quality management and inspection techniques, ensuring that quality control awareness is deeply ingrained.
