Upon receiving a customer complaint, our sales personnel will immediately communicate with the customer to understand the detailed situation, such as the nature of the quality issue, the quantity involved, and when and where it was discovered. This information is promptly relayed to our engineering, quality, and production departments for analysis. We do not evade responsibility or shift blame. Once the root cause is identified, we quickly find a solution and arrange for replacement production. For quality issues not caused by Luphi, such as those occurring during transportation, Luphi Electronics will promptly arrange free replacements. If the quality issue is due to improper operation by the customer’s factory employees and the quantity is small, Luphi Electronics will also provide free replacements immediately.
