After products are sold and received by customers, the condition of the external packaging and the internal products, the usage experience, and post-usage feedback all need effective follow-up. Any quality issues must be actively addressed by investigating the cause, arranging for replacements, or issuing refunds. This series of actions constitutes our after-sales service.

Luphi Electronics is a responsible and committed developer and manufacturer of human-machine interface products. We pledge to provide our customers with high-quality and reliable after-sales service.
Upon receiving a customer complaint, our sales personnel will immediately communicate with the customer to understand the detailed situation, such as the nature of the quality issue, the quantity involved, and when and where it was discovered. This information is promptly relayed to our engineering, quality, and production departments for analysis. We do not evade responsibility or shift blame. Once the root cause is identified, we quickly find a solution and arrange for replacement production. For quality issues not caused by Luphi, such as those occurring during transportation, Luphi Electronics will promptly arrange free replacements. If the quality issue is due to improper operation by the customer’s factory employees and the quantity is small, Luphi Electronics will also provide free replacements immediately.
