Thoroughly Understand Customer Requirements

Consider the global positioning of the customer's company, detailed functional requirements of the product, budget, time-to-market, market positioning (low-end or high-end), and the type of user interface (pure input hardware or a complete functional user interface module).

Mass Production

After customer verification and approval of the prototypes, arrange for mass production according to customer requirements. Mold Making and Sample Production

Product Design

Begin the overall planning and design based on the gathered information. If it's purely input hardware like membrane switches, silicone buttons, or touch screens, the development and design process is relatively simple. It requires consideration of structural and functional aspects, rational circuit design, component selection, and functional program writing and testing.

Warehousing and Logistics
