What is Capacitve Switch?

A capacitive sensing touch switch can penetrate through an insulating material casing of more than 20mm (glass, plastic, etc.), accurately detecting the effective touch of a finger. This ensures the product's sensitivity, stability, and reliability are not affected by changes in environmental conditions or prolonged use. Additionally, it has waterproof and strong anti-interference capabilities.

 

The capacitive sensing touch switch does not require direct contact with metal by the human body, completely eliminating safety hazards. It can be used even with gloves and is not affected by changes in human resistance due to dry or wet weather, making it more convenient to use. With no mechanical parts, it does not wear out, has an infinite lifespan, and reduces post-maintenance costs. The sensing part can be placed behind any insulating layer (usually glass or plastic materials), making it easy to create a sealed keyboard integrated with the surrounding environment.

Adjustable Sensitivity

The touch sensing execution time (sensitivity) can be freely adjusted according to requirements.
 
The panel pattern can be customized as desired, with buttons of any size and shape, and the combination of characters, logos, and windows can be designed freely. It is aesthetically pleasing, stylish, fade-resistant, non-deformable, and durable. This fundamentally solves the issues that various metal panels and mechanical panels cannot achieve. Its reliability and flexible aesthetic design can directly replace existing ordinary panels (metal keyboards, membrane keyboards, conductive rubber keyboards).
