A We mainly produce membrane switches, membrane keypads, rubber keypads, touchscreen panels, capacitive switches, graphic overlays and we also provide singlechip program development, PCBA development and precision electronics turnkey assembly service. 

A The common used silicone material hardness of our rubber keypad is around 50~65°. Of course if customer needs the rubber keypad be more softer or more harder, we also can do. From 30° to 80° are workable.

A The production lead time is impacted by many factors, like the order quantity, tthe degree of complexity and difficulty of the products, components status etc. Usually speaking:
1) Samples or Prototypes (includinggtools making time):
    1.1) For normal membrane switches, it needs around 8-10 working days;
    1.2) For rubber keypad switches, it needs around 14-15 workig days;
    1.3) For touchscreen panels, it needs about 10-12 working days;
    1.4) For LGF backlighting membrane switches, it needs 14-15 working days around;
2) Series Production:
    2.1) For normal membrane switches, if the order q'ty less than 5000pcs, then it needs around 15-16 working days, and if the q'ty over 5000pcs, then it needs more time;
    2.2) For rubber keypad switches, if the order q'ty less than 5000pcs, it needs 17-18 working days and if the order q'ty over 5000pcs, it will need more longer time;
    2.3) For touchscreen panels, if the order q'ty less than 5000pcs, it needs 15-16 working days and if over 5000pcs it needs more time;
