The washing machine module mainly includes power modules, control modules, motor modules, sensor modules, solenoid valve modules, heating modules, display and interaction modules, as well as drying modules (for integrated washing and drying machines). Their respective functions are as follows:
1、Power Module:

2、Controller Module:

Function: Detects the operation status of the washing machine and various variables in the surrounding environment, such as water level, temperature, humidity, etc., and transmits this information in real-time to the controller module so that the controller can make corresponding adjustments to its operations accordingly.
Common Sensors: Water level sensor, temperature sensor, humidity sensor, etc.

Function: Controls the inflow and outflow of water. It precisely opens or closes the electromagnetic valve according to the instructions sent by the controller, thereby effectively controlling the flow rate and direction of water, meeting the needs for water flow at different stages during the washing process.
6、Heating Module:
Function: Specifically designed for heating washing water to ensure it reaches an appropriate temperature, which in turn better cleans clothes. Construction: Includes a heating element and a temperature sensor. The controller accurately adjusts the heating power of the heating element based on the temperature requirements set by the user.
7、Display and Interaction Module:
Function: To enable information interaction between users and washing machines, enhancing the user experience. It typically consists of a display screen and a capacitive touch interactive device, used to show washing status, fault prompts, etc., and receive user operation commands.
Features: High-definition display, intelligent interaction (such as touch, voice control), personalized customization, etc.
8、Drying Module (for Integrated Washer-Dryers):
Function: Realizes the drying function of clothes. According to different drying principles, it can be divided into direct exhaust type, condensing type, and heat pump type.
Features:
Direct Exhaust Type:
Hot air is blown into the drum to remove moisture from clothes, and finally discharged through the exhaust pipe with humid hot air. However, the drying effect is poor, the drying temperature is high, which can damage precious clothes.
Condensing Type:
Based on the direct exhaust type, a condensing component is added, which can liquefy the humid hot air that was originally directly discharged, effectively improving the exhaust problem. The drying effect is better, and the temperature is moderate.
Heat Pump Type:
Upgraded on the basis of the condensing type, a heat recovery circulation system is added, making full use of the heat that was originally directly released for drying again, with very high efficiency and lower energy consumption. The drying temperature will not be too high, ensuring that delicate fabrics are not damaged during drying.
