Introduction to Multi-touch Video Wall, Infrared Touch Technology Principle:

Principle of infrared touch screen: Taking the large-size infrared multi-touch screen, its working principle is to arrange a dense infrared matrix in the front of the screen and in the Y direction. By constantly scanning whether any infrared rays are blocked by objects, it detects and locates the user's infrared touch frame, touch splicing screen. As shown in the figure below, the multi-touch screen installs an outer frame in front of the display, with a circuit board designed inside the outer frame, thus arranging infrared emitters and infrared receivers along the four sides of the screen, forming a horizontal and vertical cross infrared matrix one by one. After each scan, if all the infrared pairs are connected, it indicates that everything is normal and there is no touch. When touched, fingers or other objects will block the horizontal and vertical infrared rays passing through this coordinate position. When the X or Y axis touch screen scans and finds and confirms that an infrared ray is interrupted, it indicates that there may be a touch, and immediately switches to another axis coordinate for scanning. If another axis also has an interrupted infrared ray, it indicates that a touch frame is found, and after calculation, the position of the touch point on the screen is determined.
